Mr Turk instilled confidence by listening carefully and explaining patiently. My only problem is that he said he would see me again in four weeks time, but after five weeks there is no appointment made and no slots available in the foreseeable future..

I was not rushed, the doctors listened to my concerns, he offered solutions, he took time to explain everything to me. I just wish we didn't have to wear masks as hearing what he was saying as he is a quiet spoken gent was sometimes hard.

My appointment was by telephone due to covid. Mr Turk phoned 10mins before my appointment time and answered all questions honestly with understandable answers. The only way they could improve the service is face to face appointments which I realise are impractical at the present time due to covid precautions
